【Note on Resolution】The KVM Switch did supports 8K, 4K, 2K and other resolutions, but the KVM Switch is the equivalent of a bridge, so if want 8K,4K resolution, need the computer, monitor, and connection cable that all also support 8K,4K at the same time. Recommendation: Use HDMI2.1 cable within 4.92ft. The shorter the cable length, the better.

Please Note:
1,Highly recommend qualified HDMI 2.1 cable ,the shorter the cable length, the more stable the signal.
2, PLS use qualified hdmi 2.1 cable to get stated 8k@60hz effect, most issues are caused by poor cable.
3, Please connect the two included USB cables to the KVM and computer, otherwise the keyboard and mouse will not be recognized.
4, Connect the included DC power adapter to the KVM to power the KVM, which will make the KVM run more stable.
